Kruger national park, Republic of South Africa

Having been to the Masai Mara and Samburu game reserves in Kenya, I had a preconceived notion that Kruger National Park in South Africa would be more of the same. Nothing could be further from the truth. While the Kenyan reserves were more wide open with easier access by an open air vehicle, our guide and tracker would drive through virgin paths to get very close to a treasure trove of wildlife. We saw all of the big five within two days, including five different leopards. My experience in Kruger National park is shown here.
